Battlefield 1's fourth expansion, Apocalypse, has been detailed, with new weapons, gadgets, maps, and modes coming to the game in February.
The official update laid out the content we can expect in the last of four planned expansions for the game. There are five mutliplayer maps, two of which have been "created exclusively for aerial combat," where you can make the most of the new Air Assault game mode.
These include La Somme, Caporetto, and Passchendaele, and the aerial maps London Calling, and Razor's Edge.
Melee weapons like a prybar and cleaver will be added, as well as six new guns. We'll also see new gadgets, like the Assault Class' AA Rocket Gun, letting you lend a hand to teammates embroiled in dogfights in the skies overhead.
New unlocks, assignments, and specialisations will also be introduced alongside a new stationary weapon - the Livens Projector - that was used during the Battle of Caporetto, and lets you "smother your enemy in a cloud of poisonous gas".
Apocalypse is live in the Battlefield 1 CTE, where new weapons being tested are CSRG SMG for Assault, Howell for Medics, LMG 08/18 for Support, and the Ross Mk3 Marksman, and 1917 Enfield Infantry for Scouts. The Revolver Mk VI is the new sidearm.
The Turning Tides DLC is out today and will be rolling out across all platforms along with base game updates. You can choose Battlefield 1 Origin CD Key, Battlefield 1 Standard Edition XBOX ONE Digital Code, or Battlefield 1 Premium Pass DLC Origin CD Key at BCDKEY.com.
